Our Story

Elena's Handcrafted Designs

 

Geraldine "Elena" Herbert was my mother and Ebony's grandmother.  My mother, Elena, and I loved to sew.  We took an adult sewing class when I was only 6 years old!  We made our own suits, coats, and even bathing suits!  The creativity did not stop there.  I shared my love for everything crafty with my children.  The legacy continues with my granddaughter.

With my mother's passing in 2015, my daughter, Ebony, and I needed a way to keep her spirit alive.  She is the reason behind us creating the business.
